  • How do you charge for your services?
    Our pricing depends on your home's size and the services you need. For more tailored cleaning options, we provide hourly rates. The charge for regular cleaning is $50 + GST per hour, while Deep cleaning, Exit cleaning, and one-off cleaning services are priced at $60 + GST per hour.
  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
    You do not need to be home during the cleaning. Our professional cleaners can work around your schedule. If you choose not to be home, we will need a method of accessing your house, such as a key or a code.
  • What should I do before the cleaner arrives?
    We suggest minimising clutter in your space as much as you can. This enables our cleaners to concentrate more on actually cleaning the surfaces rather than organising things.
  • Can I request the same cleaner each time?
    Absolutely. After scheduling your cleaning, you'll have a consistent team of cleaners. We will inform you if there are any changes.
  • How do you ensure the quality of your cleaning?
    Our cleaners are dedicated professionals who use a detailed checklist to guarantee a thorough cleaning experience. We also perform regular quality checks and happily welcome client feedback so we can keep enhancing our services.
  • How often should I have my home cleaned?

  • What is your policy if something is damaged during cleaning?
    While it's uncommon, should any item get accidentally damaged during our cleaning service, we have a policy to either repair or replace it. Additionally, we carry public liability insurance.
  • Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?
    Absolutely, We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning solutions safe for both pets and children. Our products effectively clean and disinfect surfaces without leaving harmful residues.The cleaning products we use are made in Italy and feature naturally effective formulas with raw materials derived from renewable sources, such as potatoes and corn. These ingredients act as surfactants, reducing the surface tension of dirt to help with its removal and have emollient properties typically found in cosmetics. Importantly, these products are safe for the environment and people
  • Do you provide your cleaning products and equipment?
    Yes, we supply all necessary cleaning products and equipment, including a professional backpack vacuum cleaner , mop buckets ,dusters, high-quality cleaning products, and microfiber cleaning cloths. We also maintain all our products daily and clean and sanitise the microfiber cloths regularly.
  • Our Cancellation Policy
    More than 48 hours' notice: No cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours' notice: Cancellation incurs a fee of 25% of the scheduled service cost. Last-minute notice on the cleaning day: Cancellation incurs a fee of 50%. For regular clients, please provide 14 days' notice for permanent cancellation. Otherwise, a fee of 50% will apply.
